Abhinav is a member of litigation team having focus on civil, consumer, and arbitration matters with a strong interest in dispute resolution through litigation and mediation. Since starting his practice in 2022, he has worked on high-value commercial disputes, contract enforcement cases, and consumer litigation before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He regularly assists senior counsels in complex arbitration proceedings and plays an active role in drafting pleadings, strategizing arguments, and facilitating negotiations. With a growing practice, Abhinav is dedicated to providing effective legal solutions and pragmatic representation to clients.

Ayush, a key member of the Real Estate and Infrastructure team with over 3 years of experience advising on high-value projects across Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. He has extensive expertise in title search reports and due diligence for leading institutions including IREDA, POWERGRID, and major banks, and regularly advises on PPP projects, post-insolvency revivals, and regulatory compliance. Ayush has represented clients before UP RERA, HRERA, Consumer Forums, the Delhi High Court, Tribunals, Development Authorities, and Civil Courts, securing significant reliefs across forums. Known for his sharp analysis and consistent contributions on real estate law; from CAG report reviews and legacy stalled project report assessment to IBC amendments and RERA updates, he brings both transactional acumen and litigation strength, making him one of the most valuable assets to the firm's real estate practice.

Shraddha has been actively practicing since 2022 with a strong focus on civil and commercial litigation. She has gained substantial experience in handling insolvency matters, having assisted IRPs and worked on leading insolvency transactions across the NCR. With consistent appearances before the Delhi High Court, Consumer Forums, Tribunals, NCLT, and District Courts, she has successfully represented real estate clients and commercial entities across multiple forums. Shraddha is highly regarded for her meticulous case management, eye for detail, and ability to efficiently navigate court affairs, making her an integral part of the firm’s litigation practice.

Ishaan began his practice in 2023 and has quickly developed a strong footing in core litigation across Agra and the Delhi-NCR region. His practice is centered on civil disputes, where he regularly represents clients before District Courts, Consumer Forums, and Tribunals, while also assisting in matters before the Delhi High Court. He is actively engaged in drafting pleadings, strategizing arguments, and supporting senior counsels in complex disputes, particularly in civil, commercial, and real estate matters, steadily broadening his litigation experience across forums.

Harshit practices across civil courts and tribunals in Delhi and Noida with a focus on real estate, property law, and contractual disputes. Holding a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) and an MBA, he combines legal training with business understanding in his approach to matters. His work includes advising on land due diligence, property transactions, and drafting agreements, along with representing clients in recovery suits, contractual enforcement, and MSME-related disputes. He is also developing experience in arbitration and regulatory advisory, contributing to the firm’s practice in civil and commercial matters.

Arvind is associated with Maestro Legal as a financial and taxation expert, bringing extensive experience in direct and indirect taxation, auditing, compliance, and business advisory. He specializes in income tax and GST matters, statutory and internal audits, corporate law compliance, and strategic financial management. His practice also spans startup consulting, CFO services, and risk management, including forensic audits. Known for his client-focused and solution-oriented approach, Arvind supports businesses and individuals in navigating complex financial and regulatory frameworks while driving efficiency, reducing risks, and enabling sustainable growth.

Samiksha, has been associated with the General Corporate Team since 2023 and has quickly established herself as a valuable asset to the firm. Her work spans corporate and transactional advisory, including drafting and vetting commercial instruments, preparing legal opinions, and conducting research on civil, company, and regulatory matters. She has also handled intellectual property assignments such as trademark filings, oppositions, and examination responses. Beyond corporate practice, Samiksha has made significant contributions to high-stake civil and commercial disputes by assisting in strategy, drafting, and briefing senior counsels before the High Court. Known for her sharp research skills, structured approach, and remarkable understanding of law, she brings clarity and depth to every matter she works on, strengthening both the corporate and litigation practices of the firm.
