By accessing, browsing, downloading, or otherwise using the Website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms (and by the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policies posted on the Website, each of which is incorporated by reference).

2.2 Our professional conduct is subject to the Advocates Act, Bar Council of India Rules and other applicable professional conduct rules. Nothing on this Website alters or modifies those statutory or regulatory duties.

3.1 We have taken reasonable care to present accurate and up-to-date information. However, the law, regulations and factual circumstances change frequently. 5.3 We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, edit or remove Submissions that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be offensive, illegal, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

8.2 Maestro Legal does not, and will not, request or accept recruitment payments, finder’s fees, or payments in advance for the purpose of obtaining employment. Any demand for such payments in our name is fraudulent — please notify us immediately. (This firm-level warning mirrors common practice and is consistent with professional standards and fraud-prevention measures used by other firms.)
