In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, individuals may exercise rights including access to information concerning processing, correction and updation of data, erasure of data when it is no longer required, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. All grievances shall be acknowledged within seven (7) working days, and every endeavour shall be made to resolve the same within thirty (30) days in accordance with law.

13. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

Maestro Legal reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time in order to reflect changes in law, practice, or firm operations. Any such revisions shall be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after publication of amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gautambuddh Nagar.
