With deep expertise in corporate instruments, transactional structuring, and strategic advisory, he has been instrumental in shaping legal frameworks for large-scale infrastructure and industrial ventures. His work spans joint ventures (JVs), development management agreements (DMAs), joint development agreements (JDAs), and complex contract drafting across public and private projects.
He routinely advises on transaction structuring, regulatory compliance, IP litigation, and government tenders, particularly in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) formats. As a legal strategist, he is regularly engaged for Tender Strategy and Review (TSR), end-to-end project diligence, and high-value bidding consultation involving State and Central PSUs, industrial authorities, and renewable energy ventures. He also supports startups across export, manufacturing, and tech-enabled sectors in navigating legal, regulatory, and structural bottlenecks.
